The CDA Board of Directors analyzes the activity of the CDA executive management and establishes future courses of action in order to fulfill the CDA’s mission, objectives, and activities, having the following responsibilities in this regard:

a) monitors the implementation of the CDA’s rules of organization and operation (ROF);

b) evaluates the center’s activity and proposes future courses of action;

c) approves the CDA’s organizational chart and personnel policy.
