The CAD Board of Directors analyzes the activity of the CAD executive management and establishes future courses of action in order to fulfill the CAD‘s mission, objectives, and activities, having the following responsibilities in this regard:

a) monitors the implementation of the CAD‘s rules of organization and operation (ROF);

b) evaluates the center’s activity and proposes future courses of action;

c) approves the CAD‘s organizational chart and personnel policy.
