History
Established in December 2015, following the visionary decision of the WUT Senate 72/18.12.2015, the Center for Academic Development (CAD) has been a cornerstone in the ongoing effort to improve the quality of education at WUT. Since its inauguration in July 2016, the CDA has been firmly committed to a multitude of activities, including the analysis of training needs and the implementation of innovative teacher training programs.
Mission
At the heart of the CAD‘s mission is a commitment to cultivating academic excellence within the university by promoting an instructional and educational process based on current trends and recommendations from specialists in the field of higher education. Our center aims to provide continuous professional development for university teaching staff, support staff, and adult learners. The main objective is to support the development of these academic actors by strengthening their teaching and research skills, while also providing support for students.
