CAD 2024 Workshops
Purpose: To develop skills in designing and implementing the reflective-collaborative learning (RCL) model.
General information
The reflective-collaborative learning (RCL) model, developed at the West University of Timișoara (UVT), innovatively combines several modern pedagogical concepts, such as learning models, curriculum alignment, authentic learning outcomes, collaborative learning, reflective learning, learning outcome indicators, etc. All these concepts are reorganized into a coherent teaching and learning system, which fits into the student-centered learning paradigm. In this context, over the last few months, the CDA team has developed specific workshops for each of these pedagogical concepts that underpin the RCL model.
The following workshops were prepared:
- RCL – training model
- Curriculum alignment
- Authenticity of learning outcomes
- Reflective learning experiences
- Collaborative learning experiences
- Stimulating students’ interest in studying
- Artificial intelligence
Between October and November 2024, the CAD team invites members of the UVT academic community concerned with the modernization of teaching and educational activities to participate in these workshops.
To participate in a workshop,
you must access and complete the registration form. Seven days and 24 hours before the event, respectively, you will receive an email inviting you to the event. Registration is subject to availability, taking into account that a maximum of 15 people can participate in each event. A person can participate in as many workshops as they wish. The only selection criterion is first come, first served.
The general workshop schedule is presented in the table below. You can choose any of the workshop dates. You can participate in as many workshops as you wish, subject to availability, but only once in the same workshop.
